What is the Refund Policy?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after your purchase has been completed. If the event has to  be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will become automatically valid for the new date.

‍How do we get to the festival?
‍Directions to the festival can be
found here.

‍Do I need to print out my tickets?
‍You can print your tickets if you would like to, but as e-tickets you can bring them on your mobile, or tablet. All we will need is to scan the code on the tickets.

‍Will I be able to leave the festival and then re-enter?
‍Yes, so long as you keep your security wristband on you will be able to re-enter the event.

‍Will there be access to a fresh water supply?
‍Yes, there is fresh water supply in the campsite and in the food court area.

‍Can I bring my dog to the event?
Yes we do allow dogs, but they must be kept on leads at all times and kept under careful control. Please be aware the event is very busy, with lots of noise and distractions. It may be that some dogs will not like the choice of music, so please be cautious when thinking about bringing your dog.

Can I bring food and rink to the event?
We do not allow any alcohol to be brought onto into the Main Arena. No glass of any sort can be brought on site. Campers are allowed to bring food and drink in, but this must be consumed in the campsite.

Will there be security?
Yes we have a full team of trained security guards and Marshalls on site over the whole festival weekend. They will be conducting bag searches on entry. Any knives, alcohol or other banned substances will be confiscated before entry and can be claimed at the end of the day.

Can I bring a motorhome?
We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate Motorhomes, Campervans, or Caravans.
There is an alternative site for these only a few miles away from the venue at Wellington Country Park. Please also be aware that there are no Gazebos or Pop Up Tents allowed in the event (outside of the CAMPING AREAS and purchased GAZEBO PITCHES in the MAIN MUSIC ARENA). These have proved over the years to obstruct people's view and take up space in the arena which can be dangerous.

REGULATIONS AND SAFETY CONDITIONS
Please be aware that no glass of any type may be brought onto the site, and we do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises.

Only alcohol purchased at the venue may be consumed at the venue.

We also do not allow knives, glass or any dangerous objects to be brought into the event. Security will be doing door checks for everyone's safety.
